Wtf no one from the top knows what it is to work in the retail channel. They all have their clicks and dam if your not in it. What ever happened to been recognized for hard work this company is a joke is sad vzw use to be the place to be

Best day of my life was when I was downsized and recieved my severance! There is a FABULOUS life after Verizon. Sounds like Hans still has his Management Team running around taking pics on Instagram rather than addressing inventory levels, customer issues etc
This company went from let’s make sure we take care of reps who bring their A game everyday by paying them well, giving RYUs and celebrating wins to having take pictures with DMs and Directors... for what!!! Useless!!!
Reading this thread brings something to mind:
I would want people working for me that can at least write a coherent, properly spelled, grammatically correct, sentence.
If you can’t do that bare minimum, thank your lucky stars you have a job and start improving yourself.
It’s bullc-ap , some reps in my store talking about going on strike because of extremely high quotas and even higher expectations. Perspective 40 new 80 Renew 16000 bucket . Completely unattainable
Here in the northeast they are junk!! It’s numbers numbers numbers !! They don’t care about any of us reps, our morale is low and they could care less.
Then the pulse survey comes out and our GM and DM scramble around to appease everyone and make sure we are all happy , that lasts for a month and than it’s back to c-ap!!

I don’t think they are garbage but I do think they have forgotten where they came from and what it’s like to do the jobs beneath them.
Most of them came from retail so they do know actually.
You think your clerk job is hard? Please cry me a river. Now get back to slamming those jepacks, tablets and HUMS so I can get my quarterly bounus!
