I know many plumbers, electricians, and other union people who get much better pay, benefits and pensions then Samsclub offers,
Speak for yourself my arse. Go tell them you cant work there stupid schedule and see where that gets you. None of you ever worked for a union and have let this company brainwash you. Not one single employee can speak his mind especially CM they will be terminated. Anyone that gets promoted now or basically a yes person and will not speak there mind.
For those who are unhappy with the current supervisors, leaders and salaried members of management. Why would you want to add more to that mix?
Also if a union disbands or the company goes under where do you think your union fees are going to go to?
Don't need a union. They just steal your money & you don't benefit period. Think of how much money people burn away into unions that are "supposed" to work for you. Think about it, who ends up on picketing lines? Full of stress and the hatred they expect you to spew while out there. You not them will be on the front lines, while also not getting paid, because they don't do their job. Useless
Unions are a cancer. Leaders are thrives and just steal your money. I can speak for myself.
