Many, many posts are being deleted that do NOT violate any site rule. Clearly moderators are just deleting what they do not like. That is censorship.

The way I see it, they are removing gross posts, and you are calling it “the gross censorship”.

Those LRd, did you start your new positions in different companies? As much as I am detached from Cisco, I do have moments of reflections and think about how passive, inactive, dull and mind numbing the work environment was. I know there will be defenders in full force all over this post. I will say again - the work environment caused severe regression in skill sets of even the most ambitious people.
Maybe we should come with a new site where we can discuss issues freely with this excessive censorship. Shall we call it www.realLR.com
