@1jsj We all Know they are closing soon. However, if someone posts "October is it", they should be prepared to back it up with some proof. I think all the stores will eventually close but not all will be announced in October. Therefore his statement was not verifiably true. Dude.

@1qpw I hate to break it to you dude, but people predicted the demise of SHLD last year, and it declared bankruptcy in October, and is effectively dead. People were right. Now in a comedy of errors, Old Sears, which Eddie owns, is suing new Sears, which Eddie also owns. Only Eddie could be party to such r—dation. It's probably something he and Leena cooked up on his dodgy superyacht that people keep going on about.

Inventory down and so is traffic in the stores. It really seems to be looking like a closing store. Time will tell.

Do your neighbors shop there
Do they have any online presence or programs for growth
Do the have credit with solid vendors
Is the 4th quarter starting next week
Do they have young growing management staff eager to take it to the next level
Google Sears k mart is it good news.
Does it make sense to continue into next year.
