CWA LOCAL 1104 in Nassau County, NY has been going to garages and announcing that a package will be offered at the end of the 4th quarter. The President, VP and Business Agents were all there. They are waiting on the details but it all sounded absolute.

I heard that the company proposed a non enhanced EISP as long as the union agreed to the company withdrawing its offer of the remaining 25 shares of stock.

The package is 10k extra 35% of your monthly base pay multiply by number of years in service. If you have 20 years or more any years over 20 years and 40 % of your weekly base multiply by years past 20 years and add as a bonus ,that is the package

CWA 1103 said absolutely nothing about a package at their meeting last week... they did mention how great the executive board has done over the years.... we received a glossy autographed photo of the entire executive board .
