Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Another Leader Gone

My boss resigned a few weeks ago and was asked to leave immediately. We were then summoned by our leaders to insist he was fired. I’m the only one who smelled the lies. Unfortunately, the rest of them have been brainwashed. Was the best leader we had. He was honest, transparent, and fun, while getting the most out of his teams than anyone. We can’t have that in Ohio.

Same here. I’ll remain anonymous. No gripes from me what so ever! I’m going to say it- I love Molina. Know why? I do little to no work like the other guy who is a realtor. I know, it sounds bad. But I’m getting 2 checks- Molina, and my “other” job which I do solely on Molina time. No one knows- guaranteed. So no complaints from me over the past 6yrs- just let me stay and I’ll be silent.

That’s why my feet are up. I do no work, please keep paying me those paychecks. I don’t care about the fallen brothers or JZ- just please keep sending the checks while I do real estate deals on MOH time!

Well, with the company’s hiring freeze due to loss of membership and lack of growth, this position may never be backfilled. The morale here is terrific. 😉

And the other reason is we have so many dim-wits running around sipping on the Kool-caid. That’s right, it’s kool-caid, not kool aid. I heard it’s addicting like vaping.

If he worked and knew something about Medicaid he had to go. we keep the lazy and clueless. Ohio does not stand a chance.

It is sad to watch qualified managers leave. It is also sad that some personalize their remarks and generalize negative thoughts of a entire health plan. What have those employees at the plan done to receive such animosity? Is the the culture now at Molina? If so, perhaps the name should be changed. It has been years since the departure of the Molinas and time we accept responsibility for actions and results.

Ohio is just the armpit of this company, among other things. Then again we have some of the original friends and family still at corporate...which isn’t much better.
