Have any rebadged employees received their 60 day notice?

Have any employees rebadged to HCL actually received your 60 day notice? What core are you from? You last day?

We had 18 rebadged. Half are gone. We also can’t even get the temps to stay. Our call center will be down from six to one next week. One original employee and one new temp.

The rest of the core continues to drudge on... but morale is terrible. We are still losing about one employee a week.

I would estimate that 90% of the Lewisville COE was rebadged.. and we were already down to a skeleton crew due to all the layoffs and outsourcing over the last 8+ years......"project green"..🙄

Is all of the Lewisville COE impacted? I hadn't heard how many were badged over. I know most of their activity had been sent to Guatemala but I never heard how many that were still there got moved to HCL.

Not yet....my contract has an end date of 9/30....guess they're going to wait until the last minute....or extend the torture another six months....

To our fellow workers at Carr and COTG, we wish you well. We are already dealing with your replacements and it's not going well. Xerox may not have valued you, but your workmates from other cores do. Thank you for checking in. We are in the next wave, Hcl is at Saxon and Zeno.

All of the posts here line up with what has been released both officially and “accidentally “. Cores will wind down in phases, phase 1 will be before end 2019, 90% + of jobs will be “right-shored” so a few experts will stay on HCLs payroll.

Not asking you to believe in rumors. The info and timeline all matches expectations and guarantees of 60 day notice.

Some cores got 6 month minimum extension, my core was one of them, lucky us, NOT!!!!
Guatemala team handling our core doing sh–ty a– job, we just can't transition work yet!!

This all depends on the wave you are in, but it is happening. Find something else, where you can sell a product and not have to endorse a company only because they pay you.

Did you receive your 60 day notice around August 7th (which would be about 60 days from your last day October 7th) . Anything in notice about severance package?
