Great! I had a 'chuck chuck' campaign! Now when is his team following him? And the removal of all this stupidity? How long will it take? They already took out so much good experience employees. Anyone know what's Todd Gibbons management style is? At least he knows the org before Chuck started wrecking it. Bnym need leaders that can make thoughtful decisions. Not BE rules that are subjective and excluse to eliminate long time employees. Not remove work from home which is a free benefit that doesn't cost the bank any money. Not terrible non-collaborative environment created at head office. Not hiring all these goldman employees with high salaries who don't know our technology. Not relying on the few long time employees that still have some of the knowledge to help carry the bank. Not respecting history and only judging on the present. Hamilton would not be proud. Glad Check is gone but that is only a start... We need more right decisions to fix the mess he created and then to make it better. Hope that comes sooner than later!
