Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Charlie.

So, let's look at his time at BNY Mellon. He comes on board July 2017. He helped create an environment that's been nothing but stressful and miserable. He saw to it that many long time, hard working, knowledgeable people were let go and ruined countless lives. Now, he gets to walk away and do it all over again. Hey BNY Mellon, how do you feel about all of this? Was this really the direction you wanted this Company to go? What a sorry organization. You reap what you sow. I just hope all involved always live with the guilt of what they have done to such countless people and have trouble sleeping at night.

True, incompetent managers and their "hyenas" who know little or nothing but kissing the rearer to survive are left, it's going to be an uphill battle for new CEO.

To JavaDeveloper, the post was not about venting. The post was to provide a voice to all those whose lives were ruined by this man and one has to wonder why. My having another job right now is irrelevant. Good for you that you found one. The people that were so adversely affected need to be heard.

I personally did not feel he improved the situation at BNY. But I left BNY because I found a better job.

I suggest you do the same instead of venting about the millionaire CEOs. Who cares whether this dude is at BNY or Wells Fargo?

He will be fine either way.
