Now that the dust has settled with Bon-Ton closures. Predictions of Regional reductions are on the horizon .Big boxes will go down to 4 and the goal is to get down to 3 . Many analysts predict further loss of high paying VP, Director and executive jobs . Looks to be in the next 3-4 months as the company looks for cost saving of about $500 M to apease the shareholders .

If your a millennial Macy's is the place to go . If you 40+ You better sleep with one eye open .We can replace you withsomeonehalf your age making 60% less. Then we will reduce jobs .In 3-4 months bring back the same job under a new title.Macy'sis inclusive unless your older then your on your own.
