How can senior and middle management have any pride in what they do all day?
In a lot of ways, they're more immature than the average working employee.
Bury your head in the sand while your employees straight up tell you the areas that this company is lacking.
Bury your head in the sand while our software systems continue depreciate - contributing to "errors" on the scorecard while your employees are telling you..yeah when you have us doing the same mindless b.s. all day, everyday, there will be the occasional errors ( we are humans b.t.w)
And other employees really dont speak up either... they continue to smile and act like they don't know what's going on while people get laid off every day.
It's embarrassing
