Paramount to the success of this company is the need to retain and bring back clients while simultaneously removing toxic employees both old and new from the place. There should be no stone unturned, no sacred cows, no favoritism - the branders must be removed from the company. Some of those managers did despicable actions including the silent treatment and screaming, yelling and belittling of employees in front of colleagues. They should be shown the door!! If the new CEO fails to undertake the right thing, you’ll know then they are all cut from the same cloth of greed!
