Can the biometric screening results track the stress induced by Honeywell’s relentless war on employees?
I’d like to see the results show stress changes by year.

Time says otherwise
I get healthier every year, work doesn’t control me
Maybe they’ll us the biometric results to determine who to RIF as a way to reduce health insurance cost.
It would be directly proportional to the level of an employees blood pressure.
Too bad, because it should. It took my manager until Friday during the Staff Meeting that there were no more layoffs. On the same day they we're holding a wellness fair in the hallway. You want to increase wellness in the workplace? Don't F-Off for 3 days and make me lose sleep when you know whether layoffs are over!!!!!! Come on, at least a message from HR or some other flow down might help. Guess the higher ups enjoy letting us wallowing in uncertainty. But I don't. I had maybe 4 hrs sleep Weds night. GD!!! Get your act together on letting people know, you Leadersh*t mo–nS!!!
No it won’t.
The numbers will show steady improvement due to intense pressure to get 55+ folks to leave to reduce legacy pension liabilities and the use of PIPs on overweight people driven by performance perception bias.
Not to mention the general trend toward health across the country that will swamp Honeywell’s effect.
Now go meet your mentee at the company gym.. oh wait that was Lockheed that paid for my gym membership.
