What’s the Purpose, for BYOD???? Now that you can’t access your information... what’s the purpose for it... What’s going on????

I was told they can see your text messages and emails if you put that stuff on your phone...even if they tell you otherwise.
No idea if that’s true, but it was enough for me not to put it on my personal phone.
How we can get discount on our plan if we are using our BYOD At work?
Dont get it. The company cant force you to download anything on your personal phone. It would be another story if they provided you with a company phone but they wont. Just say your phones memory is full.
Everything this company does is to screw over its employes.
Only ever had issues on the iphone side. On the android side you can turn the work profile off completely and it won't drain your battery at all. On the iphone side you can't and it is constantly running 24/7 in the background.
All our managers are constantly having to plug in their iphones throughout the day because of this.
Drained my battery in less than a day. Got rid of the apps and have no problems. Something is running in the background.
Do not put BYOD on your personal phone. I was told the company can see everything you do on it, if you do.
It helps to have when you aren't able to find a TC.

Since the company can not keep any computer up and running for more then a day. The new Ipads we have 6 of them. If we are lucky 1 or 2 will work at the same time but only on certain apps.
Plus Walmart Inc has launched and abandoned so many apps it is amazing anything from IT works.
Oddly enough regular hourly associates have created apps and were able to launch them through the various app services. And many of those apps are still popular today.
Oh the main purpose for BYOD is because no one is going to lose their cell phone or forget to take it home.
