Whats this we cant substitute items that aren't on the layout because eventually members are going to be able to find where it is in the store on thier phones? Its such a silly concept because these memebers who are elderly cant even find this stuff when we tell them where it is let alone on an app. Also I dont like holes in my area. The memebers throw thier returns in the holes.

LOL! Corporate acts like everyone can use a phone for more than texting or talking. Old people can't even see the phone screen. I know, I'm one of them.
