The management s—s, they don't try to work with you as far as your schedule. They lack empathy and simplicity but are abundant with stupidity. I just got another job and its been hell with my Sams schedule smh. Probably going to get fired soon and I'm just counting the days at this point.

If your full time they are not allowed to adjust your set blocks you signed up for during the transition. Part timers are free game and can be moved around. If the days dont work for you, you shouldn't have agreed to the shifts.
Wow it sounds just like the one I worked at new people come in making more money and get what ever they want people that have been there get nothing but a bunch of bull and they pic and choose when u party with the Managers u get what ever you want
Applicant during their interview: Yeah I heard Sam's has a great starting pay and if I am full time this will really help me out.
The day of their orientation: 1) I have another job and need the following. 2) What are the min hours I can work and still be considered full time? 3) I am in school and can only work the following.
@vxx Really? You must work at your cushy 9-5 job at the Home Office with weekends off.
I don't know how Sam's works but at Walmart if you don't give your availability as 24/7/365 you won't get #$!t for hours. (I suspect Sam's is similar.) So 90% of people don't get enough hours to pay their bills so they have to take a second job.
Not to mention that it's almost mandatory that you have to take a second job due to the poverty wages they pay you.
Why do you think it is their responsibility to work with you since you took a second job after getting hired at Sam's?
They have no obligation to work with your other schedule, especially if you never informed them you were looking to hold two jobs when you were hired.
Why don't you just quit? I know you're getting extra money with a second job, but it's not worth it.
