Hiring Orientation and Policies

I'm really curious to know who in your club is actually doing the interviews, follow up and orientation of new associates. I am a Fresh lead and about the only person doing it for all areas of the store. I am coming in on days off to do a lot of these things because no one else is doing any of it.

I am also wondering if any of your clubs are following the "new attendance policy" or if they are doing what our club does and just override everyone? Do your associates actually work in the new job descriptions or still just do one part of it ie: carts or door?

You are a fool, coming in on your days off, this will get you nothing except more work. Stop doing everyone else's job.

Workday only works with salaried managers. I stopped caring at least 3 months ago. Managers are supposed to be on top of this issue and keeping the head count accurate. Leads only need to make the impossible happen and hourlies are replaceable.

All leads at our club do interviews the schedule gets changed to what they need block schedule ??? This building has 4 walls everyone does everything. I'm sure this didn't help but I would not come in on my day off. Let the leads do their own interviews and follow up if they can't selavi.. your hiring them but doing it all
