What upsets me is that why do we have set schedules for some and not others?
What a joke with these set schedules, especially when management has so much favoritism and adjust their buddies schedules but reject others and say "you need to use PTO" if you need certain days off especially weekends. Home office should keep track (a report} on all adjustments made by all management and ask them their reasons on these changes. I guarantee you the same people will come up on these reports. This is the number one thing I believe upsets most of us.

They do have reports that show changes on schedules color coding and it can even tell you what day and time it was changes. They never use them again favorites always get what they want.

The use of the term Set Schedule is just a way for the company to keep their options open. Meaning you have a Set Schedule but the company still reserves the right to adjust your schedule to the needs of the business. Look at the new availability form it is a paragraph a way from becoming a contract.
The problem at my club is that too many people either have both Saturday and Sunday off. Or they are part of a group that keeps getting their weekends off request approved.
One associate complained about having to work 6 days straight and now my days off are all over the place. I asked the CO and was told that all schedules meet the new Set Schedule standard so I could apply for another position or quit. The CO recommend the later.
You are so right . We have team leads that are always late and the manager we always fix it .
Is that right, that they must comply? At my club they are always changing schedules, and they certainly do not ask they tell you that is what they need. I know this happens all the time on floor, especially when new resets have to be done, people on vacation, expecting company, or even helping other clubs.
Are you part-time or do you work in a specialty department? As these are the areas where management still adjust schedules when needed it's there responsibility
If you are full time then you have block scheduling you know what you picked so they must comply with your set schedule.
