Customers don't want to be bother by sales pitch, donations, text messaging, emails etc.... They are going somewhere else.

If anything carepass is helping with sales and mcp. Do your research guys. I’m making my sales right now because we get 5-10 carepass a day.
Ironically you don’t get badgered with questions if you use the ACO.
I totally agree. Consumers have too many choices today.
