Satisfaction, that’s a feeling I haven't felt in a while. I used to love working here, and now it seems it’s all turning in to chaos. Is there any chance that this way of doing business is going to change in the future, and that a time will come when we will enjoy working at this company once again?

@uay that all sounds good but the closed clubs did not get turned into distribution centers. They were sold and have been renovated into other stores. Have not heard of a single distribution center but I could be wrong. Either way there's not many of them. I believe more stores are going to close and then they'll start making distribution centers.
Come on everybody, we all know if they keep running this business the way they are we will be "out of business " I have worked her here 4 ever and I say get out now. This working in chaos is not going to make this business succeed. All I heR is the buyers layouts, someone in bento vie does not know each and every town in America. This is going to be the the demise of our business. Get out now.
Only if you would enjoy doing Club-PickUp full time. The writing is totally on the wall for Sam’s Club to go mostly online and start utilizing all those distribution centers that they said they were going to create when they shut down all those Clubs and Walmart’s. So...if that sounds like your cuppa tea then you’ve got some high times ahead. If not, let it go gracefully (those expectations). I used to feel accomplished and satisfied at Sam’s too but there’s only so many times you can be disrespected and disregarded before you realize that to them: your job doesn’t really mean anything. And if that’s the case, how can you possibly feel totally satisfied? What you feel like is a mark.
