A lot of decisions based on what happens here, far more than he ever did on Pebble. It's funny how it serves Pebble's purpose, except in a way that's truly anonymous, and in a public forum where people can truly speak their minds. It drives him and upper brass crazy that things get out on here. He was a blogging narcissist right up until he stopped being CEO, and he got others do it on the SHC website like a decade after the rest of the world stopped blogging. He always justifies his failures and tries to abdicate responsibility and push blame upon others. And the most hilarious thing is that the tail wags the dog, and policies and plans will change in an attempt to discredit the things posted on here as unfounded "rumors". Other times a flurry of stupidity, or poorly written rumors will get posted in an attempt to obscure and bury things he doesn't want seen. AP is a complete farce now, its only purpose is to catch employees leaking info. He's very worried about how potential SEC or worse, criminal violations might leak out, how potentially a President Warren might string him up as an example, or even how it might shine an eye on his private life, his pot belly, the bimbos, and his questionable fashion choices.

What DOES the chairman have to hide by being so secretive from his own executive team, never showing up to court hearings, and just who does he invite on that megayacht and that large mansion?
Of course Eddie watches this site. Eddie can go to jail for several things, both public and private.

People give this site way more weight than it actually has.
He absolutely cares what has been posted on this site, and has people watching the site. It's pretty easy to prove if you know how things work and watch the ripples.
A while back I tested what would happen if I brought up one of the many pricing issues on Sears.com on here. There was a vendor with a price of $9,999 for a curling iron, I watched it for a few days and the item had been up for months. I linked the issue here and it was corrected in less than 24 hours. Which is unheard of at Sears, everything takes forever to get changed!
Believe what you want I have planted other seeds and watched "interesting" reactions from HQ.
Also while I worked at HQ we were warned not to use or talk about this site.
Eddie Lampert needs to be audited by the IRS. I'm sure they would be interested in his cash in Bermuda.
