People to worried about what might happen and when nobody knows what corporate is gonna do and when until right before it happens! Possibly we could lose managers but nobody knows the real date!

The situation has made a backlash H/O was not expecting, instead of quitting the associates and managers alike have “checkout”, they are so overwhelmed that they try to prioritize and get something done, a little slice of the work required, then gong through the daily operations all the while everything else piles up. They take care of members, give more member sats than we have seen in a long time.
There's a lot of jobs out there if you get out and look. Monster, LinkedIn, all kinds of other websites too. Get out of that place. They will drive you bonkers and drop any associate in a second. Stop giving them more of you than you deserve.
Blame Bentonville they need to let people know what is going on and stop being so secretly. They are causing so much animosity among their associates it's just stupid. It's true nothing we can do and we should all stop stressing but for some this job is all they have so they are gonna stress.
No stress here either. Taking it day by day and keep doing what I need to do.
