Your all wrong. It's a specific position and there are only 2 per club. 1am and 1pm.
No a new hire is not eligible. It stated you had to be lift certified for 90 days. Our club still hasn't given out any raises to lift drivers. I really dont see how they think they can pay some $15.00 an hour and someone else less that is basically doing the same job. If someone refused to drive a lift because they were not getting paid the same amount and were terminated for it I don't see any way that would hold up in a court of law.
This has been going around on here for months. I’m a fork lift driver and make no extra$.
I didn't interview.
I was told I was the first name that came up.
I asked if I could turn it down and give up my forklift license. Was told I could turn it down but id still be doing what I was and am doing on the forklift.
I know, CSB.
Any full time driver with at least 90 days in is eligible. your GCCM will have to open the req and have open interviews. Most clubs get 5. 3 AM block and 2 PM block. Takes base pay to $15 an hour
Actually......right now it’s intended for current merchandising associates. You can’t have any active coachings.
Only new hires. So a new hire driver will make more than someone who has been with the company for a period of time.
