As expected. New head of HR tried to impress everyone with her “serious” analysis skills and how much work she did on the company before joining. After all, she is really used to working in a tech environment, not a BANK. With her moral superiority over the rest of us I feel comforted knowing that we have such a person that is talented at telling us how talented they are rather than showing it.

4jiv, it’s not that she didn’t say much, it’s that what she did say sounded like a lie (fintech), sounded condescending, and made no sense.
Do one wants to work at a place where senior leadership can’t be respected, so very normal to rant.

LOL...you forgot to highlight that she's a lawyer. I noticed that our CFO doesn't look so jolly in the corner. How can he even compare himself to Todd Gibbons? Yes the co need more life but some of the management is questionable. I noticed that Todd repeatedly said the word respectful! How can he make that happen when these are managers giving fake BEs which he continues to endorse! Not asking to turn back time. You can't but we need to make it better! HR is a joke and what we saw today was not encouraging. Managers have free reins to do whatever they like and if you speak up, you get a BE and the door hitting you back!
