Remember 10-08-2019. I know it’s only 4 days away. I’m hearing some chatter it’s about MST program. Different roles and who reports to who.

So what happened on 10/8? Didn’t see/hear anything at my store.
Not sure about the first post. Was told today changes are coming to the program soon. Wasn’t told what, though

What’s the update on this, if any?
I am a MSM and was recently told I would soon be reporting directly to the DMSM. Not sure what that means for the MSS’s. Unless they are going to like a project lead like HD. Projects leads at HD are over the night team. Then they have a supervisor over the service team. But I can’t see Lowe’s paying the tenured MSM’s to manage the service of what they make now
Sorry I meant what time. Morning, Afternoon?

You can’t be serious. The post clearly says “remember 10-08-2019”. How much more of a hint do you need?
That will make tomorrow THE day according to the OP. (Granted, many things mentioned on this site are pure speculation. Tomorrow may come and go without anything happening.)
When tomorrow?
Joe is disbanding the current MST program and replacing them all with tiny hand Latinos so they can use DeWalt drills,
Sorry guys
Marvin eliminated my job in Feb so I had to take the MST job. Which I hate. In my store we work like dogs. I feel like we are just spinning our wheels. We put it in we take it out. We service but never finish because someone much higher than us decides something else needs to be done instead. Round and round we go. Associates dont downstock or maintain shelves because they feel it is the MST job. We are suppose to service 1 1/2 bays per hour. Sometimes one bay takes 1/2 a day because it is a mess. Someone needs to fix something.
Over nights coming
What is the significance of the 10/8 date?
Does it really matter ? No matter what anyone says , the MST program is broke at the top !! Not at the bottom ... Good luck to all you at store level
