Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Deason Interview from May 18, 2018

Interesting Post from @11lVfc55-xtq. I hadn't see this interview until now. Interesting how Darwin Deason appeared to have no real interest in running the company. There is no doubt based on this interview that Icahn and Deason wanted to sell Xerox to the highest bidder and move on. Not exactly the way it worked out. All the clips are from different points in the same interview:

the plans for the company were outlined by darwin deason back in may 2018 when the fuji deal was reversed and he went on bloomberg tv for an interview.

Probably why there is no company direction. No one really cares we are all just here for the ride.

Icahn never runs companies unless he has to. Deason runs companies, but only the ones he wants. Deason never wanted a part of Xerox, but that's what he got when ACS agreed to be acquired. They both want out and have from the beginning. That's where we are.
