Ha ha, man...we are all low skilled workers. Writing orders for product that sells itself, and being able to throw a truck better than someone who has other interest does not make us any sort of elite member of the work force...or highly skilled. Get real.

The sad thing is if you don't realize this is needed you are part of the issue. Implementation could be better but far to many people being wasteful in the fiel, more standards can help save time.
Mondelez is the biggest micromanaging employer ever! It did not use to be this way. When GPS came out we were all told it was for the merchandisers. Surprise! It's for you sales reps too.

Totally agree!! Just like when we did ROTC a few years ago! It was a big deal at first and then it falls by the wayside.....
