Program Management Town Hall

Any thoughts on the Program Management town hall with CD? Lots of growth, especially for Lake Mary /Orlando and, to a lesser extent Manchester, India, Brazil. In fact, CD said there would be growth in all locations, except for staying flat in a couple of European locations including London. And with all these many additional REQS, there was no mention of reductions in higher cost locations to fund for all of this. Only training and growth and great opportunities for current staff members. And of course CD wouldn't be withholding information, being misleading or lying! Only great days ahead for PM employees! ha ha, sure.

BNY ruined reputation to the extent that even Indians in India are finding their own way to get out and non are applying. No one would work for a company that does not know how to manage people. How can anyone believe growth when everyone sees lay off every quarter? They are trying to put little warmth in your belly before Dec 02 comes. to make you work hard or give proper Knowledge transfer to those who are fresher. Do not be fooled by these townhalls.

Yup. The recs are going to be funded with the bodies of people in high cost locations. It's so blatantly obvious they might as well announce it, instead of subjecting us to nonsense like the favorite Netflix shows of their new hires.

Pittsburgh will lose in the end as well. Current employees of all US locations except FLA should start looking to get out as soon as possible!
