We are not adding Acosta jobs. This job is in place because of how Acosta has managed the business so far. 2 years ago we took a bunch or responsibility back from Acosta. Do some research before posting what you don't know about.
It’s takes a long time to exit dsd. Lots of moving parts, and the writing is on the wall for mondelez, and has been for some time! It’s over, all people need now is an official call from HR!
I worked for nestle and we lost our c stores 2-3 years ago. We stopped having meetings about sales targets and focused on safety. The writing was on the wall for years.....they just had a long term plan in place. It just took longer because we had some union guys left they had to get rid of or buy out.
Who cares! Mondelez is still going to have employees, who will still get insurance! So if you sign up and DSD ends in 2020, you lost it. Big deal! They have to offer Cobra. You think if the exit date is March of 2020, they won’t give you benefits now? Wake up, not how that works! DSD is ending, Mondelez is not. Until DSD ends, it will be business as usual.

C stores are already warehouse! Product comes through third party distributors and Acosta services. No brainer where things are headed!
Starts with C Stores then to Grocery Stores. We are no longer a selling organization. This will be the new model in 2020
