Just curious as is how many other Clubs are now opening at 9 instead of 7. My store was supposed to start this 3 weeks ago but just started it today, I'm sure we are gonna loose alot of plus members now due to the fact they only get 1 hour early shopping compared to basic members which can still come in at 10. Only members allowed at club before 9 is for club pickup orders that we bring out to the loading area. Also I think it's funny that we got a call from H.O the other day asking why we are telling members we are not opening up until 9, Obviously we told members that because that's what they told us, Must be communication s—s at H.O. And they also want us to count how many members try to come in before 9 and see how many do come in within the first gew minutes of opening. Find that a little strange. I'm curious to see how many other Clubs are now doing these new opening hours. My club is in the northeast by the way.

I may have missed it so what time will employees come in for club pick up? What time will members for club pick up come in

We still open at 7am. Ohio.

Northeast,market 20. And yes it did help out with getting the floor stocked this morning, no complaints with that. Also yes the club pickup orders have been picking up lately I'm guessing they really want members to start using it, Just s—s for the people who do our club pickup orders because they usually run out of room to put the flatbeds. We also had 2 of our A.M put their 2 week notice in within the last couple weeks. My only complaint with the new hours was listening to all the members complain on how they didn't know, even though they have had signs up the past few weeks saying the hours were changing.
Hopefully this will be company wide and take a little pressure off the evening crew where they can actually get out by at least midnight. This should also increase click and pull orders.
What Market or region are you in? We would love later hours where my club is located! I think the clubs will be standing tall if they have the additional time to stock (assuming they have the staffing).
