So I think it's funny how some leads can do what they want whenever they want...like always using a managers sign on to change there schedules, give themselves a day off etc...and managers know this and do NOTHING!!! Mangers hand out there sign on info like candy...funny how there favorites do whatever they want...and a longtime employee messes up once...and its booted out the door...hmmmmm funny

Once we got a new CM that kissed butt to get her position. She was an assistant manager at a market management club. She became buddies with them all. When a spot opened up they handed it to her. Her moto was policy policy policy. Everything by the book. One day, early morning, I am in the office with her, a lead and 2 assistant managers. The lead asks one of the managers to use their sign on for something. Our CM plugged her ears, starts laughing and starts saying lalalalala I don't hear anything as she walks out of the room. That was just one of the many many policies she looked the other way on, when she felt like it. Or when it was one of her favorites... Shout out market 37! All management gets what they deserve when their time comes. And it will come...

There are so many corrupt people in management not even ethics can do anything about it especially if the market managers are in on it. Clubs are falling apart, turnover is at an all time high and sales are falling while these corrupt mean spirited people who flirt their way into salaried positions just sit in the office stuffing their faces with food and being utterly disrespectful to anyone that dare ask them to lift a finger.
The worst kept secret is that everyone uses everyone's sign on and the only reason anyone would get in trouble hs because they aren't part of that 'good ol boys' club that now includes women and anyone who is willing to "give a little to get a little" if you know what I mean.
It is against policy to give anyone your sign on and if one person gets in trouble for using someone's sign on, EVERYONE who does it should get in equal trouble
The ethics line is a total joke anymore.In are club a cashier who is part time gets every Sunday and Monday off and works 7-330 everyday because she dating the front end mgr..Ethics has been called four times and nothing.
Our Club Manager gives out his password to assistants to do his job. We see it all the time. If they actually required all club managers to show the ins and outside of all their responsibilities, they'd be pretty darn shocked who is actually doing the work.
He's a market manager pet here in CA but it's amazing how much he gets away with NOT doing but claiming he does.
Ethics, what's left of them, doesn't do cr.p.
