Admin team has 4 vacancies that need to be filled. 2 EAs, 2 AAs. Team was told today these will not be back-filled at all - and all current EAs to divvy up the work, on top of already full plates. I imagine it doesn't make these Assistants feel very valued, to be shuffled around every few years, in order to avoid back-filling much needed roles? Will salaries be increased to accommodate this change?

Nothing is equivalent to the WA plan. We have over 800K members. Nobody comes close. So, yeah, having that many is completely justified.
To be fair you had 16 or 17 of them. That would be the equivalent of my plan have 8 and we have two. For the whole plan. I wouldn’t complain too loudly
Of course there will be salary adjustments. Joe Z will get a raise while the real workers get the shaft!
They did that in Ohio with project Nickel and never replaced the Admins.... just fill in for each other.
