What should those of us at WM look out for? A couple good friends of mine from Sam’s said JF was a hatchet man and would start firing people like crazy. Restructures galore.

I heard he put in scream rooms or something like that at Sam’s home office. Not sure what those are but I feel like any company that needs scream rooms probably has issues that need addressing.

I don’t think Walmart can cut more people. It’s been cut after cut these last five years as it is. We are running with a skeleton crew! Are you telling me it’s going to get worse?!
Have you seen a Walmart recently? Mine is a mess! It’s getting to the point that the prices aren’t worth the hassle. Customers are too smart to tolerate this mess.
Why send him to us? Let dotcom have him. I don’t understand.
I would put some feelers out and start looking for another job. His motto is if it's not broke I will sure find a way to break it. You will have to do more work with less people. He will divide and conquer. Once he does this with walmart, I bet he leaves the company.
@1wrk... he promotes the worst and they chose their favorites. I don't even think he knows anything about the people working at Sam's. He definitely doesn't know these brown nosers that got promoted to MM's, Regional or VP's. Course maybe he did & that's why it's so cr..py.

I hope he is better for WM than he was for Sam's. I am glad he's gone but now I worry about who we get next.
He gets rid of the most needed positions first. Then the place starts going to hell. After that people start quitting left and right. Sorry guys but we don’t want him back lol.
As long as he gets to ride his bike with leaders of other companies he's oblivious to what's happening. Walls falling down as he rides by...
Unfortunately it's true.. For us he started beginning of February and made the first cuts April 4th. It's been mounting chaos ever since. Sam's club is now a huge disaster. We don't know his mission for Walmart, but just know he has no mercy and does not care about anyone. You are all just a number. He will work people to the bone and keep you from your family. To me he is the worst person to ever be in charge. You guys are in our prayers!
