Cisco not on list of top 40 attractive companies for Engineering & IT students

Word has reached all new grads and none of them is considering joining Cisco. GE and IBM are on the top 40 list but Cisco is no where to be found.
I guess the layoff fears have scared many.

I never thought the day would come when IBM would be seen as a better place to work than Cisco. If true, this is the 'tipping point'.
