Years from now youll be sitting with some friends that you use to work with at UP and you will be laughing hysterically about all of this nonsense, youll laugh till it hurts when you bring up certain supervisors and managers and how they acted, youll laugh at the job itself. The place is a looney bin and nothing more. Make the best of it while you can, dont be swindled into thinking anything you do will save your job, its all b—s—. Just go to work, have fun, dont give a sh– about anything and dont take it serious. KEEP YOUR DIGNITY!! F— this company its the biggest joke around.

I think that "someday" is a lot closer than most people think. All of this negative media attention and just the bashing from the outside, has taken its toll. The UP is already a laughing stock amongst the other class 1's. The CSX and the UP are both the worst run RR's. Except the UP beat the CSX as the worst employer to work for. Now it's just a matter of time before the board pulls their heads out of their asses and see what the sh1thead CEO is actually doing. It's pretty bad when someone who doesn't even work for a railroad knows how bad this company is.

Agreed. This place beats out any circus, any comedy club. I never knew how mental more so how bipolar management was. Lance will next persuade the shareholders, Union Pacific is building a mainline to the moon with switching yards! Switching cars on the moon is next.
