Ford is trying to keep afloat by screwing older employees in favor of younger cheaper employees (SRD) then doubling down and sticking it to retirees on health care costs this year. I've sold my Ford Stock, my 17 F250, and will never buy another Ford. Enjoy the ride Mr Hackett. Americans are waking up to Ford's half A$$ made vehicles and the way it treats its employees and retirees. Dealers and customers can expect no better from this has-been Company. The time or honoring yourself will soon be done.

Older employees screw themselves because they don't let new generation lead and companies design products that no one wants to buy.
Yes, you should only buy products from all zero fortune 500 companies that don't replace older workers with younger ones.
You're doing the right thing, don't buy from companies who screw older employees, you Kno the ones with the money. I agree, because the younger employees are not going to buy a 50 to 80 thousand dollar vehicle. They are going to screw themselves real bad, plus if they think going electric will work, and it might, but again the cost is out of price range for low paid new employees.
