Zebra sales up 3% and their stock is on fire without the heavy burden of a "material handling boat anchor" draining out the cash no matter how much S & P tries to add those subscription seats.

Clearly we have identified part of the next spinoff. Even ruin their new acquisition in record time by k–ling Intelligrated. Unfortunately HON has accelerated its ability to "increase margins" (RIF) and now will need to accelerate "creating value with spinoffs " ( surgically remove our mistakes) and launch most of SPS as its own company like Garrett and Resideo.
