The end of the year is coming let’s see what else they can take away because they make it loud and clear that we aren’t worth anything to those at the top. Take take take but work harder and keep dumping on us. What a joke.

be wary; Molina will simply tell you that you are not remote anymore and to report to nearest Molina office - tried to do this to me in 2018, but told our VP to basically f— off unless he wanted to pay me 170 miles per day in mileage cost.. removed our stipend for our department of remote employees and it was off to the races after that.. never went in; took days off in a row from work without anyone really caring - so this was nearly two years ago now and speaks to the despicable nature of this company and its managers for sure.. Molina can go to hell..
If they take away the stipend I won’t use my own printer, ink cartridges, and paper or my personal phone for calls and what about my expenses for home office furniture and the cost of high speed internet. The $50 monthly stipend doesn’t begin to cover my expenses.
Yeah. It’s garbage. They claim that the equipment you need is now obsolete. Last I checked, I still need high speed internet and my phone, but ok! Just riding it out here for the paycheck until they cut me loose.
