It only makes sense for the company to lay off GM's that are higher in compensation. Pay MIT's 45k a year and get rid of the GM's that are 55k+, which will save the company tons of money. Jump off the ship while you can.

Yes all higher payscale employees will be eliminated and new MITs will take over . confirmed from a higher up.
I have a feeling they may layoff GM's that are high in the payscale and promote the "MIT'S. Theres a reason why they changed their title from AGM to MIT.
