What are your thoughts about potential Mondelez Layoffs 2020? Any news or rumors?

Fiscal year starts in April for Mondelez. Announcement is coming soon. 60 day's notice required by law. Walmart and Kroger contracts are up in 2020. Dsd is a outdated system. These stores require 7 day's service and we don't provide that. Stores are looking for pristine service!! When we go warehouse they'll get 5 to 7 deliveries a week compared to our 1 or 2 a week. Retailers are cutting costs!!! Too much competition nowadays!! Dsd is ending for everyone except the independent operators. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Of course they're going to continue to hire. Business as usual is their motto. April 2020 dsd is over.
Honestly though they keep hiring people and promoting people? Would DSD be ending if they were doing that?

Um, try two years! Keebler left dsd in 2017, Hostess in 2012, now nestle.....
Pretty safe to say Mondelez is headed that way! They will let you know when THEY are ready! If your wise you may want to be a little proactive, it’s a bit obvious!
