The cash office, claims and PTC offices have became storage areas, there's no one in the PTC office and personal information on the desk. I tripped over some boxes and cracked my skull In claims, these buildings are unsafe and danger areas

PTC and Claims are locked up in our club and our Market Manager is a real stickler for neat and tidy no extra stuff lying around alot of stuff got tossed when he took over so we are in good shape here. Maybe you need to borrow our Market Manager 😅. Hope you are okay though 👍
Actually PTC Office is locked and the filing cabinets are locked with keys in the lock box in managers office. Claims is now in a corner in Receiving, not in a fenced area, Claims associate works out of Receiving Office working receiving and claims. Cash office has cell phones in a rolling cabinet locked behind two doors; not accessible to all associates. You should notice "Keep It Locked" stickers on personal information filing cabinets. It is a need to know basis only. If you fell, an incident report would have to be completed, along with video, going to ins. adjustor, a report to CM, MM and MAPM. If your Club is in that bad of shape and video shows this then get ready for some serious heat from the powers that be.
Its not the offices that are unsafe ..its the whole dam building pallet jacks and skids in the middle of the floor with no room to maneuver around skids falling out of the steel ..its a scary place some days

I don't know what is happening in your club but personal information is still secure in our's sometimes I think some of the information on this site is coming from people who are former associates or not employed by the company at all stop fear mongering
Ptcs had to keep all associates information secured and confidential. It was locked at all times, it was part of their Audit. Hopefully managers and General Managers know the importance of making sure associates files are kept locked. No file should be left on a desk for others to see!
Yeah, I agree. Personal information is available for anyone who wants it. Any thief, with a relative working at Sam's, can find out when you're home. or not. Just check out whose working when on a phone.
