Everyone left after December is getting 15% pay increase apparently. This applies in the USA only.

15% pay increase over 150 months
You sure this doesn't have something to do with the bank had to report US salaries by gender and race to the govt and people will need to get salary increases to right the imbalances. NY also strongly mandates same salary for same job description regardless of gender.
Many companies have to make these adjustments if salaries are out of whack.
This has to be a joke. You will never see a 15% increase. That happened in the 70s 80s and won't be happening again unless you are entitled to stock options.
I believe that as much as I believe Charlie was a good CEO.. ha
The only people getting significant raises are executives. The rest of us would have a better chance at winning the lottery that getting anything meaningful.
I think the 15% will be in stock options
As Flo on the old sitcom "Alice" used to say...WHEN DONKEYS FLY in her southern accent!!!
I always thought her motto was, "Kiss my grits!".
Hmmm...that actually might fit the topic of discussion here too because the truth behind a 15% pay raise for everyone has as much chance as Trump getting impeached which is to say it won't happen.

"Wow.....15%. Some good news at last. Maybe thats the savings from the layoffs. Glad as I need a payrise badly."
Can you share that urb with me that you're smoking?
Poster below who’s glad: how do you know you’ll be around to see these alleged raises? LOL.

Sources?
Heard that too
Since this is BNYM, the raises will be announced in December 2019 but will be applied in December 2023.
Did you mean PAYCUTS?? Because that would be believable.
Good ole Bill Gates! Love that man!!
Yes, and I also hear Bill Gates is extending his philanthropy program into BNYM, giving out $1,000 for every employee that works for the company. He's doing it because he feels we're grossly under paid.
15%....my a–.
Thanks for the laugh surely needed that!
Hilarious
That’s a good joke! Would you mind if I tell that to others?
