Most of the administrative, day to day positions will be moved to HCL. 2019 was just the start. Look for many more in 2020, especially in EMEA since labor laws prevented it from happening there in 2019.

They havent even been able to transition any the current jobs over to Guatemala and india yet so I doubt they will be taking anything else until Q3 2020. They have a long ways to get the current things under control.

I think most folks will be working for HCL soon, only some senior positions will stay at xerox.Its nothing than a brand name.Think kodak,poloroid.

It is a good question. I wonder if they even need to at this point considering they moved out as many as they could the first time & they specifically targeted “non-strategic” positions - which they hardly understand the meaning of. Also, the contract with HCL is not up for renewal for another few years so it is most likely to happen to whatever remains of Xerox employees at that point.
