The company is led from the top and nobody under the CEO or President has any power or voice. CEO makes short term business decisions based on share holder value, smoke, and mirrors. We will fall like GE. What I see from the bottom is really odd business decisions to disappoint and lose current paying customers by giving them poor global engineering while we waste a lot of US engineering talent developing pie in the sky future "technology" for non existent customers with no prospect of a paying customer for decades. The layers of management under the Presidents get their pat on the back, but eventually it all crumbles. We are shaping the future and it does not look good.

you all sound paranoid. I've been with this company 15 years and love my job. What do you want when you work for someone else....go build your own business if you can do better.
I never liked Cote until he retired and we fell under the Darius reign of terror.
Honeywell Aerospace won't be around. CEO has said in interviews his focus is on software. Aerospace is not huge part of Honeywell overall revenue. Get the hell out yea'll while you can!
"Smoke and Mirrors" Is my go to quote when describing the way this company works.
