Anyone else have upper levels get cut today? Lots of changes coming. I think they heard about commission going away and jumped ship.

For decades we had to write what we where told in the surveys. Management tell mid management what they want to hear. Management doesn’t inform the people what upper management is saying. Employees that run the show from the ground up, their feedback never makes it past lower management. Basically the head don’t know what the feet and hands are doing and the hearts missing. Operations should be called covert Ops because it’s all hush hush and just move on. He seems why everyone that is in a position to leave is gone or working hard to leave. That’s from a networks standpoint.
Not Texas I guess it happened there too
Are you in Texas? Cause that happened in Texas
They're just trying to squeeze out tenured people and pay new people less money. Simple. Training isn't even the same anymore so it won't cost as much as it use to hire new people. Or even better they'll just promote people who make less than the previous DMs.
Verizon's done paying people. Hans is out for one thing and one thing only - save money wherever and however possible. It's why shareholders love him so much. Employee experience isn't his priority, regardless of what pulse surveys they send out. Those are just politics. Make people believe they're still listening to employees and I personally think they're fixed.
Havent heard of a new commission structure but it's been 2 years. Bout time for one I'd say
This happen in the South area?
That's what I'm asking I don't know either way. All I know is my area or whatever lost 3 dms in a single day. If you forced me to pick I would say they quit but I don't know.
literally no one heard of any cuts
So did they cut them or jump ship? It’s different if someone quits or if they are fired.
