Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Aero People Pulse improved!

Yesterday at CTO Town Hall, a slide showed People Pulse improved from -46 to -38. Isn't that wonderful!?! All kidding aside, I am curious to see what others think about it in general, and the direction Aero is seeming to take wrt engineering employees. Is it fluff, or are these guys really serious?
Thoughts anyone?

I think the people pulse contract was recommended as a backhanded way to convince JE to step up to an executive level of thinking. He needed to abandon his empathy for the engineering org. People pulse was always intended to convince him that the legacy engineering sites are whining rich kids that need to be cut off. Mission accomplished. Bonus.. sites are learning quickly that speaking up is a quick way out the door. I bet JE believes it was completely his idea to hire people pulse. Sure... just go on believing that.

Thats right. The Pulse is a scheme to remove the negative folks. THe best thing to do is to avoid answering it at all and let it go to spam...

They trained a machine learning algorithm in India and noticed that every time they lay off old people who remember how it used to be ... people pulse improves. Problem solved..

Well get a ride on a HW aircraft...that was their solution...they did admit raises are really just inflation increases for some.....it amazes me how out of touch the Engineering leadership is.....
