Nothing will get those two off their tails. The Englishman wants to retire but they supposedly have no replacement for him, which is hogwash because even the maintenance guy could replace him and do a better job. So he is happy to continue freeloading and making terrible decisions while the company continues to fall. Meanwhile malls is riding around his segway spreading rumors and talking s**t about everyone and everything including the Englishman. Reason why nothing gets done.
Maaaaaan we are in trouble

Very sorry for our former Employees at GP and good luck to who is still around like me. The reason GP closed is mainly because of the Englishman, Mr. Sr. VP of Sales. He does not know how to spell Land Rig!! He has not put any concentration on this product and his new leader of Land, Mallcop does not get out of the office long enough to try to sell a rig or a refurb. Our competition is laughing at us, they are doing refurbs and recerts and NOV is still waiting at the Shipyard for the next drill ship to be built.
Hey Mallcop and Englishman, get off your tails and wake up, the market has changed please help us keep our jobs. And stop flying overseas in business class to take your friends to dinners.
Those of us that have survived are waiting in our cubes for DDay, which I heard from my friend in HR is going to be the 17th. That day is a definite.

I wouldn’t worry about that. When land rig sales is lead by a former mallcop, there won’t be any new rig sales. However, he can tell you the latest gossip on who will and why they are kicking our butts. Blaming everyone, including his own boss except himself or his beige 90s blazer.

Every Empire Falls lol and Napoleon was in charge again. It has been said before but I will say it again the very top level of NOV needs a refresh CEO and all segment presidents, they are unable to adapt to new oil

What a shame if this is true. Tells you how this leadership team has failed the company and its employees. Such great history, great people and great products that came out of there throughout several decades. This is not the industry's fault as they love to make the excuse...this is the pathetic & incompetent management in place that has no clue what they are doing.
Need to remove the no-Leadership Team...every single one of them!
