I have seen so many people leave this company as their commission checks are going down each month and selling 100 phones pays you $2k now not windfall. Saw 2 reps s-xually harassed in my store and GM did nothing after it was brought up to them. I have lost confidence in Verizon and people have been leaving my store and my district from this person and how bad of a SM he was good thing he left! WI employee here

With quota the way it is, reps are only making about $12 per phone sold and that’s if you 100% bucket! So you have to sell tablets, hums, jet packs, and Insurance to hit your 16,000 roll up and get paid about $12 for just the phones.... that’s about 80 ftmp, jet packs and tablets. Just to hit quota.
Shut....my quota is 36 new and 95 renew, 17000 bucket......1 person in my store is pacing for a PAYCHECK.....not to hit a 1.0. TO GET A F'N COMMISION CHECK!!! this place is out of control, people are quiting left and right and the company could give 2 shuts!!
I'd go through Compliance personally. As far as 100 phones paying you $2k?? Pshh.. 100 phones doesnt even hit target commission for me. Wish 100 phones would pay out that much
This goes without saying but HR doesn’t do a dang thing. They’re there to protect the company and could care less about the employees. Employees have been trying for years and have learned the hard way. I can tell working on the network side it is even worse. The last 8 years the companies gone to hell and a hand basket.
Selling cell phones retail is not a career. Endeavour to do something better with your life.

This happened to me also and I reported it to my manager and nothing happened! They try to brush it under the rug so they don’t get in trouble! Hire a lawyer and sue you will get $$$!
It has happened in my area for a while to reps and my manager won’t do anything about it because the rep is their box pusher and makes the managers money and their store all good selling so many hums. The rep has some black mail over the manager because he gets away with everything! It’s crazy! Here in Texas
Call your HR rep and report it that the manager you talked to had a duty to act and they failed to do! Also get a lawyer
Same situation, regarding s-xual harassment, is happening at my store, they moved the sm to another district instead of firing him. RIL store.
