What do you expect when the most knowledgeable and experiences people are separated to free place for VISAs. I having a lot of connection and now a lot of people who work in tech business today, What is interesting when company just start and relay care about it's business in most case they use USA tech, however big company like BNY widely use offshore tech with explanation of saving in cost. But I have feeling it connect not with saving cost but rather with some bribing. I don't understand why small company which theoretical should be more interesting in saving prefer onshore workers, while big company not. I just can not find any reasonable explanation.
