Layoffs are always coming. Either get out ahead of them or make a plan that will allow you to grab a package on your way out the door to a better opportunity.
Love these genius comments. Since everyone knows that Cisco lay's off all year long in small batches and the annual people BBQ in August, you can never be wrong by saying layoff's are coming. WIth people this bright, no wonder Cisco is struggling.
